To the World Community, United Nation, Australia, USA, Uni Europe and Asian Pacific as well as the Nation Colonial Indonesia!
On behalf of God as the creator of the Land of West Papua, on behalf of the ancestors of the nation of West Papua, on behalf of West Papua people that were slaughtered because of the ferocity of Colonial Indonesia, and on behalf of all people of West Papua, I General Kelly Kwalik said that, all the shooting incident, both Security and the Australian Citizen in Tembagapura Timika were responsibility of PT.Freeport Indonesia (Freeport Indonesia, ltd) and the TNI/POLRI (National Indonesia Army and Indonesia Police).
Therefore, on behalf of the nation of West Papua, We say to the Australian Country that, the nation of West Papua give our deepest condolence of the shooting incident of our Relatives Drew Nicholas Grant.. Always the big leader TPN-OPM wanted delivered that, the problem of the shooting against our relatives Drew was the pure conspiracy between both security forces of TNI-POLIRI and PT.Freeport Indonesia must full responsible.

As my statement as the big commander of the TPN-OPM about the incident all along the road Km. 50 up to Km. 74, Tembagapura. I wish to say that, all the incidents all over the Papua Land and in the Area of PT.Freeport Indonesia Tembagapura – Timika – Papua was one stic of Indonesia Colonial through TNI/POLRI's troops to look for the profit in the position, title and the Wealth. All of them were only one ow the deliberate sheep was created by troops colonial Indonesia (TNI-POLRI).
All the incidents began; on Wednesday at 4.00 A.M. It was about 30 troops entered to Mile 74 and carried out the attack towards facilities of PT.Freeport Indonesia. There were no fatalities. In this incident 1 PT.FI's bus, 2 cars, 1 Kontener burned. Happened gun shot between TPN troops and the combination of TNI/POLRI troops from 6.00 a.m – 03.00 PM. Happened flag raising of Morning Start (Bintang Kejora) above Puncak Trowongan Mile 74 of the from 7.00 A.M-3.00 P.M. The Situation afterwards disrupted by the TNI struck on 04.00 P.M. About 500 troops TNI-POLRI controlling Mile 68 to Mile 74. Through to shooting of Drew Nicholas Grant was a transfer conspiracy of the security that happened in side of TNI-POLICE.

TPN – OPM carried out the attack against the PT.FI Car and the TNI that were carrying TNI-POLRI's joined troops to Mile 68. In this incident, 4 PTFI cars broken, and in More 2 TNI-POLRI. This shooting we attach to TNI-POLRI that resulted in 1 Member Security died and 1 more the Member of Brimob died and 3 other people of wounds. That Incidents were not one scenario that just this time was carried out by the Side of Colonial Indonesia through TNI-POLRI in the Area of PT.FI and whole of West Papua. What happened all along the road of PT.FI was one of insignificant part the brutal action from so many ferocity actions of TNI-POLRI. So I'm on behalf of the nation of West Papua want to say that, the Incidents above was one of most incidents that very sadist that had been done by TNI-POLRI on the land of West Papua.

Various forms of the violence above only became a sorrow and the long suffering of the people of West Papua in crossing the wheel of the life in the land that God created for the nation of West Papua. As said you firsly, all cases of the shooting in the Area of PT.Freeport Indonesia especially against Drew Nicholas Grant was responsibility of PT.FI and TNI-POLRI. I'm as the Chef of TPN.OPM denied clearly all the statements by PANGDAM TRIKORA (the head of TNI for Papua region), Regional Police Chief PAPUA and Secretaries the minister Politic and the Security of the country colonial Indonesia that tried to be not responsible for the murder of Drew Nicholas Grant. If the Nation of Colonial Indonesia felt as the good country, that appreciated the value of humankind, then I ask for Indonesia must acknowledge in a gentlemen manner, but if the Indonesian nation was the cruel nation that did not appreciate the value of humanity, then continued show rudeness colonial Indonesia in the eyes of the International… world. Because indeed the nation of Colonial Indonesia built the country with rudeness and was full of the collapse.

3. We will continue fight till the end of our life, and will stop totally the mining operation of PT.Freeport Indonesia and will stop if having the world side/the other country wanted to become the mediator in resolving the problem of West Papua.
4. We made a plea to the world to see this problem professionally and to the Citizen of West Papua to unite rare, united the line and united the strength to return the land of West Papua to the West Papua people from the hand of Colonial Indonesia that at this time are colonising the nation of West Papua.
