Indonesia Armed Forces Attach the Local Indigenous People in Abepura, West Papua

The date, on May 25 2009 Indonesia Brigadier Mobile (Brimob) had terrorized against the Papua Farmer at the Mountain around Abepura, West Papua. The local newspaper belonging to Indonesia in Jayapura reported that Brimob and TPN/OPM shot each other after TPN/OPM took the hostage non West Papua people who were at around Abe Gunung (Abe Mountain), central of the Jayapura city.

According to West Papua Indigenous farmers (owner of the garden) reported this incident to the secretariat of KNPB that the newcomer, especially from Buton Indonesia controlled their land because of that they expelled, but they came together Brimob and carried out the shooting against them.

"Me with the family had the work in the garden, suddenly Brimob shot to the side of us and we ran frightened", he said to the Secretariat KNPB.

KNPB suspected that this is the old method that always do by the Indonesian Military. The Indonesian military always stigma the separatist to indigenous people's of West Papua who made the garden and sought a living, after that they shot.

KNPB said that TPN/OPM is fighting for their self-determination, but they had not disturbed the civilian of non West Papua people, although they came and occupy their land.

Police Capture and intimidate 8 West Papua activists in Wamena

Wamena, [opeem] - District Police Jayawijaya have been caught and intimidated 8 Papua activists from the West Papua National Committee [KNPB] region Wamena on Monday (18/05), 09.00 PM (Local Time). These eight young man was just released at morning 03,00 am after intrograted and stricken by Jayawijaya Police. They were Simion Alua (26/PR of KNPB for Wamena region, Jemy Wilil (25), Roky Metlama (25), Tony Kobak (26), Esau Payogwa (29), Mely Wantik (28), Edo Dogo (24) and Deny Hisage (27).

Simion Alua reported direct from Wamena that they would carry out the meeting beside the Sinapuk field (the place where Opinus Tabuni was shot by the Indonesian Military during Celebration of indigenous people's day last August 9 2008). at 08.00 PM, Denny Hisage that would buy Sugar and Coffee for them was followed by intelligence District Police Jayawijaya and was kept. The Denny's mobile phone was seized and the Police ascertained the existence of his seven friends through the sms (Short Message Service)than headed towards the area of the Sinapuk field and at 09.00 PM they arrested seven of the Deny's friends.

TPN In Serui And Mulia Fight for Freedom

Jayapura, [opeem], After flag rising of Morning Star in at Distric of South Yapen and distric Angkaisera , Serui on Wednesday, 6 May 2009, yesterday TNI Post in Saubeba, 60 kilometers from Serui being shut by TPN (The Papua Liberation Army) at 2.00 a.m (local time). At 11.30 a.m, TPN under Goliat Tabuni attached TNI (National Indonesia Army) post at Mount Kumibaga, Puncak Jaya.

This blog's editor have been reported directly from TPN in Yapen. According to them, the Saubeba village was safe before TNI entered. But when TNI taking place they actually suffered local indigenous people.

TPN is Guerrilla orgnazation in West Papua who mandated from West Papua indigenous people to maintain the West Papua nature resources, Environment, the right of indigenous people, and to fight for free from the Indonesia.

Attach in Puncak Jaya, Communications Network was Decided By Indonesia

To attack the Goliat Tabuni's Post, and in order to be not exposed all the ABRI (The Indonesian Armed Forces) crimes in Puncak Jaya, all the network of the mobile phone in Puncak Jaya was decided by the Indonesian Government co-operated with ABRI.

For two weeks, there is no any local people or journalist that was online to report what was happening in Puncak Jaya. ABRI and the Indonesian Government in Puncak Jaya agreed to carry out the attack openly throughout the basis of the people and especially the place of the post of Goliat Tabuni.
