War In Puncak Jaya, 1 TNI Shouted By TPN .PB

Tingginabut, [kabarpapua.com] – War in Tingginabut, Puncak Jaya, West Papua still continue. Yesterday on about 12.00 am, between TNI (Indonesia National Army) and TPN.PB (West Papua National Liberation Army) led by Goliat Tabuni have killed one solders in side of TNI, when TNI include the camp of TPN.PB of Goliat Tabuni.

This report directly from the spokesperson and the closer Friend of Goliat Tabuni, Anton Tabuni that this actions was done while 500 more solders including headquarter of Goliat Tabuni and attaching. They maintain the camp and fight back. There was no victims in Goliat side, but one of solder of TNI shouted by TPN PB.

AT: Ya, kami langsung laporkan situasi sekarang bahwa dari kemarin siang jam 12 kami adakan aksi saling menyerang dan kami tembak TNI satu mati. Mereka serang kami naik sampe di markas dan dari tadi malam sampai sekarang sedang baku tembak. (Yes, We report the situation here that from yesterday at 12.00 am we attaching each others and we shouted TNI Solder died. They attached us till our headquarter and from last night until now we are shouting each others)

KP: baik, bagaimana dengan kondisi warga pribumi disitu (Good, How About the Indigenous People there?)

AT: TNI sudah bangun pos-pos militer di semua jalan-jalan tempat rakyat cari makan. Masyarakat disini terancam dengan kesehatan, makanan dan tidak ada tenda-tenda bagi masyarakat. (TNI built the Military check point in all said and in the place where indigenous people take the food. People in emergency in healthy, food and there is no camp for civil indigenous people)

KP: Harapan tuan bagaimana (what do you hope for?)

AT: Kami dalam kondisi darurat, sampai hari ini ribuan Tentara Indonesia ada jadi kami mohon Dunia Internasional dalam hal ini Komisi HAM PBB, negara-negara dan LSM-LSM agar membantu kami, sebab kami berjuang mempertahankan hak kami. (We are in emergency condition, until now thousand of Indonesian Army are in here so we hope International World in this case for UN Human Right Commit ion , all countries and NGO to help us, because we fight for maintain our right)

West Papua People Exodus From Indonesia to West Papua

Sentani, [kabarpapua.com] -Until now, hundred West Papua people from Java, Sulawesi and Bali who studied went back to West Papua. The exodus of West Papua are from Jogjakarta, Jakarta, Semarang, Solo, Sala tiga, Surabaya, Malang, Bali, Manado and Makasar. They went back to West Papua because they have been intimidate, terrored by Indonesian's intel . They were unsafe study in Java, Bali and Sulawesi because they marginalize by Indonesia people and Indonesia special inteligent force always blocked and terror their peaceful protest.

International Intervetion needed, because they will back to West Papua and demand the right of self determination.

Torture Cronolog of Yusak Pakage, Buchtar and Friends

Buchtar Tabuni Moved to public prosecutor by Papua Police. Public prosecutor took Buchtar at Abepura Prison at 28 January 2008, at 4.30 PM. Buchtar Joined with others activist who have there like Yusak Pakage, Selpius Bobii, Kosmos Yual, atc. By the time, Buchtar tell the Story about torture which was done by Police to him and his friends. Yusak Pakage didn’t accept the case and protested.

The political prisoners led by Pakage killed and include them to a closed room (isolated room) which is full of dirty just like in the broken toilet for five days without food and drink. After that, in Wednesday, 4 February 2009, Yusak Pakage and his colleague moved to Papua Police Prison at 09.00 am. The moving is under torture, because all political prisoners forced to open their clothes .

Indonesia security forces very arrogant immorality. Until now there are seven political prisoners joined with Sebby Sambom who is still process by Indonesia Police of Papua. The isolated and Indonesia Police didn’t give access to their lowers or family to meet or consultation with them. They are needing international intervention.
