The guerrillas the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPN-OPM) Goliat Tabuni continued to maintain his territory from the Indonesian military attack. Many Millitary was in Puncak Jaya. The commander of the Indonesian Military Area for Papua Mayjen TNI A.Y Nasution, was with the representative Regent Puncak Jaya, Henock Ibo gathered public figures on the Friday then. They carried out the agreement to attack the Goliat Tabuni post through air abused the bomb.
The public figures were paid and assigned to mobilise the mass with the arrow and their previous spear eventually was placed in the front line from TNI troops/Republic of Indonesia State Police to carry out the direct attack to the Goliat Tabuni post. They were given dateline five days from Sunday, on April 19-24 2009. According to Goliat Tabuni, the strategy that was used by the TNI/Republic of Indonesia State Police is to pit the West Papua people against each other, so that between the own of the West Papua people killing each other, in fact they and we had the same fate.
The local (native) people of West Papua that was there fled and gathered to the Goliat Tabuni Post. they were coordinated by 13 congregations of the available Church in Puncak Jaya. Goliat Tabuni with the people Papua that was there said that they ready to face the enemy of Indonesia in order to maintain the self-esteem on their homeland, because according to him they struggled for the sake of the sovereignty of nation politics of West Papua.

Papua Police Will Block KNPB's Rally Tommorow
Jayapura [opeem], Indonesia Police Chef of Papua Province, AKBP, Eko Bagus Ekodanto give hard reaction on the West Papua peace rally plan. Thought the Chef of Police Inteligen, Drs. Aris Nurhandayani KNPB have received the prohibition letter. The big rally was planed by West Papua National Committee (KNPB) on 6 April 2009. The peace rally in support the launch International Lawyers for West Papua (ILWP) which is helding in America, 3-5 April 2009. Bellow is Prohibition Letter.
However, KNBP said will mobilize every West Papua who are concern support the launch of ILWP. They also stated that the peace rally will go on, because they have right in freedom express. This rally will demand referendum for West Papua. This action will be held in Wamena, Nabire and in every regent in West Papua.
