Yawan Wayeni Shot Dead By Indonesian Police in Serui

Serui, [opeem] - A member of TPN/OPM region Serui, Yawan Wayeni (39) shot dead by Indonesian Police of Yapen Island at 4.00 A.M, Monday morning. His body found at garden near Mantembu village after Indonesian Police shot at stomach and foot.

TPN OPM In Yugum Bolakme Start to Fight

Indonesia Police Shot 4 Resident Serui, West Papua

Serui, [opeem] - Indonesia police shot 4 residents at Mantembu Town, Serui, West Papua on yesterday July 11, 2009. Police attach the town at 08.00 am untill afternoon. These four victims are in hospital now. They were not unidentify.

According to Chef of the Police in Serui, the attach carried out after receiving informations that there were some radical peoples in fighting of West Papua Freedom. He also said that his troops shot these men after attaching each other.

Some people at Mantembu said that, they are now under terror of hearing the shot.

Capture and Killing in Wamena

On July 10 2009, at 10,00 pm. the capture happened against the Papua resident in Wamena by Indonesia national Army (TNI) and Indonesia police solders (POLRI). They were kept was Namene Elopere, Alo Yeimo and 3 other people that was not yet identified. Alo Yeimo with two other people released, whereas Namene Elopere and 1 other Called Kumis was kept.

The capture was carried out forcibly and the TNI/Polri carried out the intimidation against them. From the source of the news KNPB the Wamena territory said that almost all the Papua people in Wamena did not join the presidential election, So the TNI/POLRI did intimidation, forced and caught. The Papua nation people in Wamena precisely flew the flag in KPUD Jayawijaya, DPRD Jayawijaya, and several Indonesin's Offices, as well as in mountains around Wamena and Puncak Jaya.

TNI troops again killed 1 member of West Papua National Liberation Army [TPN-OPM]from the commander Goliat Tabuni in Tingginabut, Puncak Jaya, on last Wednesday (13/09). Not until there, the TNI with the Barisan Merah Putih (Indonesia Red White Civil Militia)also burnt the resident's 20 houses in hills, 7 local girls took part in being raped in the exchange of fire that happened for 24 hours yesterday.

Indonesia Armed Forces Attach the Local Indigenous People in Abepura, West Papua

The date, on May 25 2009 Indonesia Brigadier Mobile (Brimob) had terrorized against the Papua Farmer at the Mountain around Abepura, West Papua. They were Simion Alua (26/PR of KNPB for Wamena region, Jemy Wilil (25), Roky Metlama (25), Tony Kobak (26), Esau Payogwa (29), Mely Wantik (28), Edo Dogo (24) and Deny Hisage (27).

The guerrillas the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPN-OPM) Goliat Tabuni continued to maintain his territory from the Indonesian military attack. Many Millitary was in Puncak Jaya. The commander of the Indonesian Military Area for Papua Mayjen TNI A.Y Nasution, was with the representative Regent Puncak Jaya, Henock Ibo gathered public figures on the Friday then. Papua Police Will Block KNPB's Rally Tommorow

Jayapura [opeem], Indonesia Police Chef of Papua Province, AKBP, Eko Bagus Ekodanto give hard reaction on the West Papua peace rally plan. Thought the Chef of Police Inteligen, Drs. Aris Nurhandayani KNPB have received the prohibition letter. The big rally was planed by West Papua National Committee (KNPB) on 6 April 2009. The peace rally in support the launch International Lawyers for West Papua (ILWP) which is helding in America, 3-5 April 2009. Bellow is Prohibition Letter.

Indonesia illegal integration in 1969 thought PEPERA is another reason why the people of West Papua start to boycott Indonesia election in West Papua. Jayapura, [opeem] -Thousands of West Papua people rally in demand referendum for West Papua. They also call for boycott Indonesian election in 9th April 2009 in West Papua. This action has urge the Indonesia government to demilitarize all solders in West Papua. They also urge the Indonesia Governor of Papua, Barnabas Suebu, SH to stop build up Indonesia militia of Merah Putih (white red militia).

The organizer of the rally from West Papua National Committee [KNPB], Victor F. Yeimo said that in past two month there were two KNPB’s activist tortured and intimidate by Indonesia militia of Merah Putih. He also added that Indonesia government have black record on human right abuses in West Papua.

Thousand of West Papua people has blocked by Indonesia police in front of Expo Waena, the place where Indonesia Military blocked IPWP supporter 16th October 2008 ago. Goliat Tabuni has given the political statement related Mr. Nicholas Youwe who have been facilitate by Indonesia Government. Goliat Tabuni said direct from headquarter of Tingginabut that Nicholas Youwe is nothing for West Papua struggle. Yesterday on about 12.00 am, between TNI (Indonesia National Army) and TPN.PB (West Papua National Liberation Army) led by Goliat Tabuni have killed one solders in side of TNI, when TNI include the camp of TPN.PB of Goliat Tabuni.

This report directly from the spokesperson and the closer Friend of Goliat Tabuni, Anton Tabuni that this actions was done while 500 more solders including headquarter of Goliat Tabuni and attaching. They maintain the camp and fight back. There was no victims in Goliat side, but one of solder of TNI shouted by TPN PB.

Buchtar Tabuni Moved to public prosecutor by Papua Police. Public prosecutor took Buchtar at Abepura Prison at 28 January 2008, at 4.30 PM. Buchtar Joined with others activist who have there like Yusak Pakage, Selpius Bobii, Kosmos Yual, atc. By the time, Buchtar tell the Story about torture which was done by Police to him and his friends. Yusak Pakage didn’t accept the case and protested.

The political prisoners led by Pakage killed and include them to a closed room (isolated room) which is full of dirty just like in the broken toilet for five days without food and drink. After that, in Wednesday, 4 February 2009, Yusak Pakage and his colleague moved to Papua Police Prison at 09.00 am. The moving is under torture, because all political prisoners forced to open their clothes .

Indonesia security forces very arrogant immorality. Until now there are seven political prisoners joined with Sebby Sambom who is still process by Indonesia Police of Papua. The isolated and Indonesia Police didn’t give access to their lowers or family to meet or consultation with them. They are needing international intervention.
